Efforts to Utilize Food Waste
Aiming for the realization of a sustainable society! Cascade utilization of food waste.
We would like to introduce our company's initiatives for utilizing food waste. We are working on creating a system for the cascade utilization of food waste, which includes raw material residues generated during the food manufacturing process and food that is discarded due to expiration. In collaboration with food-related businesses and the agricultural sector that are addressing the same issues, we aim to contribute to CO2 reduction in local communities through biogas power generation and to promote the utilization of feed and fertilizers derived from food waste in agriculture, thereby building a circular value chain and striving for a sustainable society. **Four Initiatives** - Increase in electricity derived from renewable energy through biogas power generation - Increase in feed self-sufficiency rate through the expansion of feed utilization from food waste - Promotion of environmentally friendly agriculture utilizing unused biomass resources - Establishment of a circular value chain through the creation of a recycling loop *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.*
